Trained 3 days ago, Thaipusam day.
Warm up jog around Seksyen 1 Bandar Baru Bangi about 20minutes.
Then Visit the hill.
Did 5 sets of NOS up the hill, about 30meters and steep measuring about 25-30 degree.
Don't dare to do the 6th NOS cause I felt dizzy abit already. Wouldn't wanna roll down like Bollywood movies.
