NOS training Today!
Lap 1 ---------------- 1:41
Lap 2 ----------------1:44
Lap 3---------------- 1:41
Lap 4---------------- 1:41
I definitely improve from my previous NOS training i had in my 30th training. Hitting 1:41 - 3times is something i thought i'm not able to do. Now that I'm able to maintain that timing, it surely encourages me for the upcoming 6km run.
But i seriously think my performance got something to do with the hill training i had from time to time.
Anyway, Just a little bit more of NOS training, I'll be able to reach below 1:40 @ 400meters in the next NOS training.
