Another 4.2km run today.
Two days ago, i did the same run at the same place clocking 26min 31sec.
Today, I started extra strong and for my last lap 1.4km i pick up my speed and NOS all the way at my last 800meters.
With that strategy, I slashed 59secs of my previous best timing.
Now, my personal best 4.2km record is 25min 32sec.
Improvement I like... :-)

You're now doing approximately 6 mins/km!
Shave off 1 more minute, and you may be looking at a sub-50 extrapolated goal :)
So proud of you. Now that you are getting faster in running, I will train to get faster in walking :D
