I did my NOS training in USM Stadium with Joshua today.
Did a 1.2km warm up jog and then stretching for about 10minutes.
Here's the result:
Lap 1 - 1:36
Lap 2 - 1:45
Lap 3 - 1:48
Lap 4 - 1:46
It's good to see that i'm clocking in below 1:49. My first NOS training back in early November was terrible, clocked in at 1:50 average...
Progressive training since that day had given me a more confident timing in my NOS run. Now I got an average of 1:44 for my 4laps of NOS. I just need more "Pia" spirit to do more of NOS training.
Here's some facts about my training record: Out of the 24 training i did, i only did 3 NOS training. shame, shame shame...
