Chinese New Year had seriously disturbed my training progress. Lots of food and sleep; running was in my mind but laziness overcome me instantly after every meal. The only excercise i had through out CNY was playing Nintendo Wii...
Nintendo Wii is fun. After playing, the next day my hands and shoulders ache. But a great workout too. Try playing the boxing game and The StarWars game... really interesting and tiring.
Gurney Drive was packed with people. Not an enjoyable run today. Covered an approximately 7km++ today.
