Okay... now back to serious stuff. We went for a serious Floorball Competition organised by the Universiti Malaya Floorball Club. We went there to receive exposure as well as to see ourself where are our standard in the world of floorball.
We call our team "BROTHERS" (i don't know why... but all i know is that the name 'Brothers' comes from the indian macha Barber shop next to mandarin cafe, i hope we were not inspired by them.... or did we.)
We report to the official at 8.30pm. We were drawn into group B... ( we were like Football Team China, entering the World Cup 2002 for the first time, so any group we were drwn into is a group of death.) According to Sarah, some of the teams have national player in it..... aiyoh, kencing dalam seluar-lor....
as you can see, we are the only team with Godly Principles...

Borthers 2 - 0 Driftshot (Yay.... Yahoooo!)
Brothers 0 - 1 Suka Suka (main tipu! it was a foul!!!)
Brothers 1 - 0 Kalah Gadoh (Thanks to Mervin's late goal. Kalah Gadoh got national player!
Brothers 0 - 1 Kokak (they got girl playing... we Christian Brothers No touch girls.)
Brothers 1 - 4 Jimbit (I swore i saw Sarah pulling her hair off seeing us playing like that.)
So... we did not qualified. Sad... but here's some of the moments:

shalom bro, I was searching for floorball using the blogger search and it shows ur blog. Anyway, it's good to read about another christian floorball player's experience. I am Cornelius, Sabah..also a floorball player...was playing with Penang Floorball Association during the early stage of formation...then went back to sabah. Now playing here in Sabah with other christian brothers.

hi Cornelius! yup, it's certainly good to hear a christian floorballer experience. I see this sport as a kind of a ministry - an opportunity to meet with sportsmen and women and sharing the gospel to them. thanks for the encouragement brother!
Yup Chris, we certainly show them who we are! small fart but with a powerful smell that can knock them down and do some serious lung damage... (that's gross i know.)
