I did two runs on 26th Dec and 28th Dec which i did not record down. I barely reach my 4km requirement on both training and my timing was horrible. Christmas fat i blame..
Today, feeling much more healthier and lighter, i visited the gurney drive route again to try to set a new 4km timing.
My best record for the gurney drive route was 27min 30sec which i recorded in my 22nd training. Recently, i did a 4.2km run around my neigbourhood and clocked in at 25min 32sec on my 26th training.
On my 28th Training, I clocked in at 25min 05sec for a 4km run.
Progress... I like!
