My 6th Training.

My 6th training was on Monday, 4th November 2008.

For the 6th training, i wanted slow jogged for 30minutes non-stop.

I like this training ( I think it's called LSD). It enables me to manage my running and stamina easily. And every time i do the LSD, i feel very satisfied with my training.

I felt very good for this training. instead of doing just 30minutes, i pushed myself to 48 minutes of non-stop jog.

48minutes of slow jog is equal to the amount of time i watched one episode of 'Heroes' plus advertisments.

For the 6th Training, I've reached my 6Km mark in 48min 44sec.
